The first giant slalom run of the day in Podkoren has successfully finished.

The terrain seemed to suit the Norwegian Henrik Kristoffersen, who is in the lead. Marco Odermatt of Switzerland is second and Joan Verdu of Andorra is third. It was his coach who set today's first course.

Žan Kranjec is in 10^th place. Anže Gartner was too slow for the second run. Miha Oserban did not finish the first run.

The second run will take place at 12:30.
