We watched the exciting giant slalom final at the Podkoren Polygon.

The extremely fast course, starting at an altitude of 1,278 meters, was set by Norway's Ola Masdal. Lucas Pinheiro Braathen was once again the best between the gates on the second run. Second place went to Switzerland's Loic Meillard, and third to Austria's Stefan Brennsteiner.

Žan Kranjec, the only Slovenian representative in the final run, finished eleventh.

"I'm not disappointed, I gained a lot from the competition. But of course, I would have liked to finish a few places higher," said Kranjec.
